Your order, when placed directly at Alida.co.uk or via the Alida Marketplaces at Amazon.co.uk or Ebay.co.uk will be dispatched on the same working day (up to the cut-off time) or else the next working day.
We can only send orders can only to a valid UK Postcode (matched on our system)
Your order will be dispatched by;
Royal Mail 2nd Class mail or
Evri/Hermes* (subject to size and value or order)
Your delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days for orders sent via Royal Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days for orders sent via Evri/Hermes*
*We recommend that you download and install the latest Evri/Hermes tracking app to your smartphone (if you are lucky enough to have one!) as this allows you to get updated tracking notifications as well the ability to amend your deliveries
International Orders
We have teamed up with the Ebay Global Logistics system at Ebay.co.uk and they will process orders to any country or territory that they service.
We send your International Order to the Ebay Global Logistics Centre in the UK and they will then forward the order to your delivery destination
The cost of the order is the nett product cost (charged by us) + Delivery + Tax (charged by Ebay Inc)
